Description
The BBA (Hons.) Human Resource Management is an undergraduate programme with the core content of human resource disciplines. This allows students to embark on careers in varied fields such as human resource, business, management and marketing.

The programme features a mix of theoretical, practical, and applied subjects, explored and developed over the three and a half academic years. It is designed to develop students’ knowledge, skills and understanding of key functions of managing people in today’s business environment.

The programme is intended to produce graduates, who have acquired the human resource management expertise and intellectual skills in areas including organisational behaviour, industrial relation, recruitment and selection, performance management, occupational health and safety, career development and Human Resource Information System.

Passed Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with minimum C grade (NGMP 2.00) and passed in any two (2) subjects and passed in Mathematics and English in SPM level or equivalent OR Passed Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with at least grade Jayyid and passed in Mathematics and English in SPM level

English Requirements
