    All products from aircraft and automobiles to computers and toys must be manufactured. Manufacturing engineering encompasses the science and art of making quality products at a reasonable cost. It is multi disciplinary field including elements of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, materials science and electrical engineering. This programme is a combination of manufacturing engineering and automotive engineering. During the course of the study, students will be given solid understanding of the core areas which include: Manufacturing processes Manufacturing planning Quality control Tool design Robotics Computer Aided Design Computer Aided Manufacturing Automotive engineering

Entry Requirements


    Passed STPM with min CGPA 2.00 and a grade C in Mathematics and one of the Science subjects (Chemistry, Physics, etc).

    Passed A-level with min grade C in Mathematics and one of the Science subjects (Chemistry, Physics, etc).

  • Matriculation/Foundation

    Pass Matriculation/Foundation with a minimum CGPA 2.00 and a grade C in Mathematics and one of the Science subjects (Chemistry, Physics etc).

    Pass International Baccalaureate (IB) with min 24 points and min score 4 in Mathematics and one of the relevant Science subjects

  • Direct Entry to Year 2 of Degree

    Pass Diploma in Engineering or Engineering Technology field with min CGPA 2.00

    Other qualifications of 12 years of schooling which is the highest school qualificaiton in the county of origin.
