  • Description

    This programme is designed to provide knowledge, competencies and skills applicable to a career in the financial services industry; in particular, Financial Planning. Students will also be given sufficient exposure in the areas of Finance and General Management. Students in this programme will have the opportunity to learn about a variety of areas, such as Wealth Management, Retirement Planning, Risk Management, Investment and Portfolio Management, Financial Market Analysis, Taxation, Insurance and more. In essence, this programme will not only provide students with the theories of financial planning and finance, but also give them opportunities to apply them in real-world problems and projects.

Entry Requirements

  • A-level

    Pass A-Level with a minimum Grade D in any 2 subjects and nd pass SPM (or any equivalent qualification) with credit in Mathematics and
    pass in English or its equivalent

  • UEC
    Pass UEC with 5 subjects at Grade B including Mathematics and English
  • Diploma

    Any qualification equivalent to Diploma in Finance, Banking, Insurance or related field (Level 4, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00

  • Matriculation/Foundation 
    Matriculation/Foundation qualification (or any equivalent qualification) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00, and pass SPM (or any equivalent qualification) with credit in Mathematics and pass in English
    Pass STPM with minimum Grade C+ CGPA 2.33 in 2 subjects and SPM credit in Mathematics and a pass in English
  • Others
    Other equivalent qualifications as recognised by the government of Malaysia
