  • Description

    This course provides a macro focus on a maintenance management requirement in buildings which influence the energy use, well-being of occupants and overall sustainability. In addition, this course examines the monitoring control and effective maintenance of building services, operation of mechanical and electrical systems and related environmental issues. These are addressed through a balance technical and non-technical perspective that include relevant safety and health, environmental technology, energy efficiency, waste management and other aspects related to maintenance management.

    > Minimum Score Band 2 for MUET.
