  • Description
    The program is designed to prepare students for professional careers in the field of agricultural product management, finance, marketing and business. This aspect of the agricultural chain is an integral part of this program where graduates will gain a comprehensive understanding of production and supply chain from producer to consumer. The main courses covered in this program include land science management, crop production, livestock, aquaculture, management principles, marketing, finance and human resources. Industry training, thesis and research papers also add value to graduates in the program.

Entry Requirements

  • SPM/STPM

    Pass a Malaysian High School Certificate (STPM) or equivalent to earn at least a C grade (NGMP 2.0) in two (2) subjects and graduate in Mathematics and English at the Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) level Graduate Certificate in Religious Education of Malaysia (STAM) (Jayyid Rank) and graduate in Mathematics and English at SPM level

  • Matriculation/Foundation

    Pass the Matriculation / Foundation / Foundation from any IPTA / IPTS / Institution authorized to offer the Foundation program with a minimum CGPA of 2.00

  • Direct Entry to Year 2 of Degree
    Diploma

    Pass a Diploma or Advanced Diploma (Level 4 or 5 MQF)

  • English Requirements
    English Competency – minimum Band 3 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) or any equivalents Additional requirements : For overseas students, get a 500 in the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or 5.5 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or equivalent. If students do not meet these criteria, HEPs must offer English Language Skills courses to ensure that the student's proficiency is sufficient to meet the program requirements
