    The Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering with Honours incorporates elements adopted from both academia and professional entities. The industry-driven programme delivers strong engineering fundamentals through technical involvement and soft skills development to empower students to produce contemporary and creative solutions to address complex engineering challenges. Students will undertake an integrated Design Project before embarking the Final Year Project, a real- world industrial-based design project to enhance engineering design and resolving skills. Also, students are given options to select elective courses in Year 4, based on area of their interest. Electrical & Electronic Engineering Concerned mainly with the power generation, transmission, protection, distribution, and the design of electrical systems. The learning of electronic design system that involves fields of communication, computer, signal processing, and other related electronic areas. The Programme Educational Objectives (PEO) are: • graduates are employed to engage in electrical & electronic engineering works • graduates established a career progression in electrical & electronic or related industries • graduates engaged in continuous personal development towards academic and Professional qualifications

Entry Requirements

  • SPM/STPM

    i. Pass Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with Principal passes in Mathematics and Physics;

  • A-level

    Pass A-Level with at least Principal passes in Mathematics and Physics;

  • UEC

    Pass Unified Examination Council (UEC) with at least a Grade B in five (5) subjects including Mathematics and Physcis;

  • Matriculation/Foundation

    i. Pass Basic Science (Foundation in Science) SEGi with CGPA 2.0 or Basic programme (Foundation) in related field from institution that is recognised by the Malaysian Government OR ii. Pass Malaysia Ministry of Education Matriculation programme in realted filed with at least a CGPA 2.00

  • Other

    i. Pass South Australian Matriculation (SAM) with TER 60%; or ii. Pass Canadian Pre-U (CPU) with at least 60% in Mathematics and Physics; or iii. Pass Diploma programme from institution that is recognised by the Malaysian Government ivi. Pass New South Wales Higher School Certificate with at least Band 3 in two (2) subjects including Mathematics and Physics; or v. Pass South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) with at least Grade C in 2 subjects including Mathematics and Physics; or vi. Pass Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with at least 60% in Mathematics and Physics; or vii. Pass International Baccalaureate Diploma with at least 24 points; OR viii. Equivalent qualification as recognised by the Malaysian Government.
